Laptop setup guide

A quick-start guide for students borrowing a laptop from their university IT department

Students who borrowed a laptop were required to complete a setup process that included connecting to wifi and downloading any software they needed. 

I reviewed the setup process, interviewed SMEs, and developed a content plan that helped students to set up their laptops independently (which prevented an uptick in help desk tickets).
