I wrote code to detect language patterns among the best and worst employers ranked by Fortune magazine.

First, I found the most common words and phrases in the companies' tweets to see how they portrayed their brands online.  Next, I analyzed the companies' Glassdoor reviews to examine how employees spoke about their employers.
